Baku has been ranked 13th in the world’s “Best Culinary Destination” category in a rating compiled by the popular travel platform Tripadvisor. The ranking features 20 destinations worldwide.

As part of the “Travelers’ Choice – Best of the Best” awards, Tripadvisor has compiled rating tables for hotels, restaurants, and other categories based on user recommendations over the past 12 months. Notably, only 1% of the more than 8 million travel destinations listed on the Tripadvisor platform made it into the rankings.

It is worth mentioning that Tripadvisor serves as a go-to platform for tourists, offering recommendations on must-visit attractions, top-rated hotels, and the best dining options. The platform, which caters to 463 million travelers each month, allows visitors to read user reviews and make informed choices based on recommendations.

Currently, Tripadvisor hosts more than 859 million user reviews covering 8.6 million accommodations, restaurants, airlines, and cruises worldwide.
